2025-12-10.1_anarcho-intersectional feminist manifesto on limits

that there will be / are limits is a reality that any and every one of us must contend with for as long as we live. it is a fundamental attribute of corporeal reality. the ethico-political dimension enters immediately and irrevocably when the matter of interest and discussion shifts from that there are limits to what those limits are/should be.

with regards to this state of affairs, the central impulses of the anarcho-intersectional feminist politics i aim to embody is that:

  1. there be a basic and shared acknowledgment that while there must be and are limits with/in any particular social times and places, what, when and where those limits are/should be cannot and should not be set a priori, nor can any already present limits be taken for granted / as essential and free from critique and deconstruction,

  2. that the qualities (esp. porosity), quantities, locations and all other attributes of the necessary limits of a collection of social situations should be discussed and determined democratically and equitably by all bodies with/in said social situations. democratically and equitably here meaning that anybody can enter dialogue over limits from a position of radical equality, thus necessitating concrete and continuous efforts – from each according to their abilities and limits – towards the abolition of all interlocking systems and forms of inequality and oppression,

  3. that any limits, including those determined democratically and equitably by all members of specific social situations, are temporary and in need of continuous critical reflection, re-production and/or deconstruction for just and equitable social situations to continue to exist across and with/in spaces and times,

  4. (that limits aren’t any kind of ‘essence’ of existence, rather that if there be any kind of ‘essence of existence’, it be the constant movement between and across them combined with their constant shifting, changing and queering.)
